We, at KAYZEY want you to feel confident buying from us, that’s why we offer a 7-day, return policy. We also offer you the possibility to credit your account, so that you can easily purchase with Kayzey.com (to check with Paul how to introduce the voucher system)
If 7 days have passed after the product(s) was booked with advance payment or was delivered to you already, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. All returns and exchanges are subject to quality approval. To qualify for refund or exchange, items must be received in our warehouse within 7 days of receipt in the following conditions:
- Items must be unworn, with all tags still attached shipped back in their original packaging.
- Items must be free of scents and marks. We kindly suggest that you do not have on any lotions, perfume or deodorant when trying on garments.
- For health reasons we ask that you wear panties when trying on garments that contain a crotch. Any garment returned used or soiled will not be eligible for return and will be shipped back to you.
Products which are not eligible for return or exchange will be mentioned with the same on the product page.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
* Any item not in its original condition or any damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned after 7 days after delivery.
Cancellation Policy
Customer can cancel their order before the product is shipped to the provided address. If the payment was made in advance for customized, special order, the client cannot cancel the order. Refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 45days for the refund transfer to be completed.
Custom Made Orders
– Any custom made product will not be cancelled or refunded
– Advance payment for custom-made orders will not be refunded
– Any custom order(s) waiting for collection more than 90 days form the date of the order will be returned to supplier, any advance payment will not be refunded in this case.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We replace items if they are defective upon receiving the items, damaged or the size you selected isn’t the correct size. First of all we are sorry for the inconvenience if it happens to you. If you received damaged or defective items, kindly share pictures with us at [email protected] Each item should go through quality control by our team before the exchange is approved. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected] and we will arrange the pick up of the item to be returned.
Shipping
If you are not present the day of the delivery at your shared address, the carrier will be authorized to leave it at the gate or door of the indicated address. We know how important it is to you and that you wouldn’t want to wait until your next opportunity to receive it.
Delivery charges
Delivery charges are free for orders above 900 AED within the UAE. Kindly contact us at [email protected] if you are ordering outside the UAE, or on whatssap, as we are currently exploring how can we serve you better for deliveries outside the UAE.

Deliveries to DUBAI, ABU DHABI, SHARJAH, is 20AED up to 5 items. Deliveries to FUJEIRAH, RAS AL KHAIMAH, AJMAN, UMM AL QUWAIN, is 40AED.
Return your product
To return your product, you should send us an email on [email protected] and we will arrange the pickup of the product from the address where it was originally delivered. The cost of the return will be borne by the client. Shipping costs if charged are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your total refund. Shipping cost will be charged to the client if the address of delivery communicated is wrong, or the client refuses the order placed, or if order was cancelled after being already shipped.
